How much is shipping?

• Bicycles: $99 (with very few exceptions, New Zealand and Australia is $399).
• Framesets: $99 to USA, Canada and UK only.
• Forks & handlebars: $25 to USA and Canada, $99 to UK.
• Gear & Parts: $15 for U.S. domestic shipping to the 48 Contiguous U.S. States and $25 for International destinations, Hawaii and Alaska.

Note: We currently offer shipping of forks, framesets and components only to USA, UK and Canada.

How long does shipping take after I place my order?
After placing your order, we require processing and assembly time. The estimated timeframe is listed under each bike build and depends on color and size.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, though this may vary.

You can track your order using the courier's website (we primarily use FedEx, but other couriers may be used).

Can I pay extra to have my order processed/shipped faster?
We don’t offer a faster delivery option at the moment. But hey, it’ll be there before you know it!

Where are our products shipped from?
They are shipped from our U.S. warehouse in Harrisonburg, VA.

What does “Ships express within x business days” mean?
This refers to the time needed to assemble, pack, and hand over your bike to the shipping courier (usually FedEx). After that, the courier’s delivery time applies.

Where do you ship to?
Yes, we ship to almost every country/area in the world with the exemption of Brazil, Colombia, Gibraltar, Jersey (UK), Kazakhstan, Russia, The Philippines and Ukraine.

How much is added tax for my country?
Taxes vary by country. To see the total cost, including taxes, add your desired product to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping details. Taxes are included in the final purchase price—no additional taxes or customs fees will be applied upon delivery.
