Not sure which size to choose?
In general, if you are at the edge of a given size: Consider sizing up if you prefer a relaxed upright-fit and/or you have long legs. If you like an aggressive race-fit and/or have short legs, you might want to size down.
Measure the length of your cycling inseam and compare it to the standover height of the size you're considering (can be found in the Geometry chart for each bike). Sizing down can be a good idea if your bicycle inseam is just below or above the standover height.
Not sure how to measure your cycling inseam?
Measuring the inseam can be done relatively easily, requiring only 2 people, a book and only a fraction of time.
1. Stand with your back against the wall and feet positioned 6-8 inches apart (no shoes)
2. Place a book between your legs, spine-up, raise until the book mimics a bike seat and is positioned between your legs
3. Get a second person to measure from the top-of-the book to the floor (cm) this is your inseam length
