Didn’t receive an order confirmation by e-mail after your purchase?
Make sure to check your spam folder! And note that your invoice can be found in this email as well.
Unsure when your order will ship?
Check your order confirmation email for the invoice link included. On the invoice you’ll find a note saying “ships within x business days”. Our warehouse will ship out your order within this timeframe (working days). Shipping time from our warehouse to your home will depend on how fast the shipping courier is able to deliver each time. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. There you will find an estimated delivery date from the courier.
Can I customize parts on my bike?
Currently, we do not offer any customizations to our bikes (e.g., component swaps or color changes). By streamlining our assembly processes, we are able to offer our customers the lowest prices possible.
